Le Muratine – Presentation of cinematography 72 hours of fermentation it is an occasion for many directors, filmmaker, to talk about certain aspects of cooking or sustainable agricultures, through a live short film that is 72 hours, during Cookstock 2019. The first prize, assigned to the best short film made in 72 hours, will be Euro 1.000, given by the association Il Cavolo a Merenda, the co-operation L’Orologio and the friends of Alberto in memory of Alberto Fusi
